Boss No. 1 Cologne by Hugo Boss, An aromatic fougere men's scent, Boss No. 1 is the perfect accompaniment for evening occasions as well as everyday use. Upon application, users first notice opening notes of green apple, Artemisia, juniper, grapefruit, basil, lemon, bergamot and caraway. Honey, orris root, lavender, sage, jasmine, lily of the valley, geranium and rose make up the heart. The fragrance concludes with base notes of sandalwood, patchouli, amber, musk, cinnamon, cedar, oakmoss and tobacco. These woody and aromatic accords with splashes of freshness and spice make this cologne suitable for men of all ages.

Pierre Wargnye is the expert nose behind this scent. Hugo Boss introduced Boss No. 1 as its very first fragrance in 1985. The German fashion and luxury brand originated in Metzingen, where it continues to operate today.
